    ust wanna confirm.. is this lens a VR lens and if not then what is price difference if i go for a VR lens

    This is not a VR lens, the closest lens to this would be the 18-200mm that has the VR lens. If you look at it on that page you can see some prices from a few places. It costs around $720-$850.
